Hair FAQ

Our hair is 100% virgin hair. The hair is sourced from South East Asian donors so the hair is extremely thick. It is recommended that you buy 3 bundles for fullness.

Can this hair be dyed straightened or curled?

Use any heating tool you prefer, but like your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and the texture will not last as long. If you want to dye the hair, we suggest you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.

Please do not dye or bleach hair too frequently, it will damage the hair and cause split ends.

Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

As a result of the long route the hair takes to get to the U.S. air travel is necessary. During that long time period in which the hair is packaged, the hair tends to get dry and staticky. In the case that your hair is dry and tangled right out of the packaging be sure to co-wash the hair to make sure that it is detangled and moisturized. The hair will also be a little dry after high temperature steam processing for textured hair. The hair extensions will tangle due to dryness, oil, dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to co-wash your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. Sulfate/alcohol involved products will lead to dry and frizziness, please keep that in mind. Like your own hair, real human hair wigs need good care and patience in order to keep the hair as beautiful and as healthy as possible.

What is the density of the hair?

The density varies by length. From 10" to 22" the hair is 180% density. From 24" to 32" the density is 250% density. This is true for all our wigs except for the pre- colored hair. If you would like otherwise please contact us using the contact button or dm us on IG with your request.
